1. Conversational AI Platform Limitations & Scope Bible Verse Media Inc. hosts and develops interactive, AI-driven theological learning platforms (“Theological Advisor” or “Conversational AI”) designed to process audio or text-based queries and return conversational audio answers. By utilizing this interactive tool, you acknowledge that it is an experimental, algorithmically driven platform designed strictly as an educational and exploratory advisor, and is subject to the limitations inherent in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative voice synthesis.

2. Disclaimer of Theological & Professional Advice The conversational responses generated by the AI are probabilistic, algorithmic outputs based on trained data weights. They do not constitute an infallible source of absolute truth, nor do they represent the official doctrine, dogma, or theological stance of any specific church, denomination, or religious organization.

• No Professional Substitute: This AI tool is not a replacement for certified theological instruction, spiritual counseling, pastoral care, medical advice, or professional mental health services.
• Waiver of Liability: Bible Verse Media Inc. assumes absolute zero liability for personal interpretations, actions, or life decisions made based on the conversational outputs of this AI platform. Users engage with the AI at their own discretion and risk.

3. API Security, Acceptable Use & “Denial of Wallet” Protections Because the Conversational AI interacts with premium, third-party generative APIs in real-time, users must interact with the tool strictly through the provided front-end user interface. To protect the financial and operational integrity of our studio, users agree to the following strict technical boundaries:

• Prohibition of Automated Scraping: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to extract our proprietary API keys, bypass application rate limits, manipulate backend code, or utilize automated scripts, bots, or concurrent multi-session requests to flood the system.
• Denial of Wallet Defense: Bible Verse Media Inc. utilizes server-side backend routing, algorithmic traffic monitoring, and hard spending caps to prevent malicious “Denial of Wallet” (DoW) or “LLMjacking” attacks. Any attempt to artificially inflate server costs, hijack paid infrastructure, or deliberately drain the platform’s generative budget is a direct violation of international cyber-security laws.
• Immediate Termination & Damages: Any user, IP address, or account found attempting to breach rate limits, execute prompt-injection attacks, or orchestrate financial exhaustion of our API endpoints will face immediate and permanent termination without refund. Bible Verse Media Inc. reserves the right to pursue full legal prosecution and financial restitution for all computational damages incurred by malicious usage.

4. Conversational Content Moderation & Prompt Injection Users agree to interact with the conversational AI in a respectful, lawful manner. You may not use audio inputs or text prompts to intentionally generate hateful, violent, explicit, or defamatory content. Furthermore, “jailbreaking” attempts or “prompt injections” designed to force the AI to bypass its safety guardrails or reveal proprietary system prompts are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor aggregate interaction logs for security purposes and ban accounts that repeatedly violate these safety parameters.
