Campaign Promotional Tiers: Based on the specific financial contribution tier selected during our crowdfunding campaign, backers may receive a complimentary, time-bound access pass to the Academy for a duration of exactly three (3) months, six (6) months, or one (1) full year. This promotional clock begins instantly upon the deployment of account access credentials.
Post-Campaign Standalone Retail: Following the formal conclusion of the crowdfunding campaign, or upon the natural expiration of a backer’s promotional reward tier, access to the Academy operates exclusively as a separate, standalone commercial product. Continued or new access will require an active paid subscription or standalone retail purchase at our current market rates.

Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our academy workflows to generate unauthorized deepfakes of real individuals, clone biometric voice data without explicit written consent, violate the copyright or trademarks of third parties, or produce defamatory, harassing, or illegal media.
Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bible Verse Media Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal costs, or lawsuits arising directly or indirectly out of your personal misuse of the AI technologies, prompt sequences, or workflows taught within our educational platforms. All text, graphics, audio, cinematic compilations, user interfaces, visual interfaces, proprietary educational workflows, and underlying AI conversational architectures (collectively, the “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site and within our media productions is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Bible Verse Media Inc., and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
